Obviously, not only the paint but also the headlight lenses of a car are exposed to the weather and mechanical damage like stone chips. This modern repair system with high-grade paint materials in aerosol cans is developed to repair small scratches and yellowing of headlight lenses made of polycarbonate with little effort. Features:

Headlight Repair Kit: The case includes four aerosol cans:
1 x 400 ml Standox Precleaner
1 x 250 ml Standox 1K Headlight Primer U3040
2 x 250 ml Standox 2K Crystal Clear K9035
Individual parts of the headlight repair kit:
1) Standox Precleaner This waterborne silicone remover in an aerosol can may of course also be used in dayto-day operations for other repair jobs as an alternative to the standard article in a can.
2) Standox 1K Headlight Primer U3040 This waterborne 1K plastic primer has been specially developed for this field of application. Purpose: provides adhesion to the substrate and to the 2K clear coat Important: This 1K plastic primer may not be used for any other purpose than for headlight repairs.
3) Standox 2K Crystal Clear K9035 This product is a 2K clear coat in an aerosol can which has already been in the product offering for years. It may of course also be used for other types of repairs, e.g. spot repairs.
